How to Decide How Many Sea Blue Glass Sand You Need?
Before purchasing, you can confirm the amount you need based on the thickness you want to lay on your aquarium. Usually, about 1500g glass sand is 1 liter in volume.
If your fish tank is 50cm long, 20cm wide and 20cm high, now you need to cover it with 2cm thickness of bottom sand.
Firstly, figure out the volume of the glass sand
50cm(fish tank length) * 20cm(fish tank width) * 2cm(glass sand thickness)/1000=2
Secondly, calculate the required glass sand weight：
glass sand volume *1500=2*1500=3000g
